Springbrook Western Cliffs

Trip report - 3.5 out of 5
I was hoping after some rain the creek would look much better however it has been a long and dry few months and the creeks were still pretty dry. This hike would require some navigational skills even though there are some pink ribbons along the trail you still could easily get lost. It's approx 9km circuit with 540m of elevation, I recommend doing this hike after a long period of rain as the last creek has a beautiful waterfall and worth visiting when it's flowing. I didn't visit the falls on this trip as I could tell the creeks weren't flowing. Nevertheless I did enjoy myself as the western cliff were quite beautiful and the lookout on the numbah valley wasn't too bad looking.
Conclusion: I would definitely do this hike again in reverse and visit the waterfall after a couple weeks of rain.
