Monkey Bar is here to support the physical journey with exercise programs and nutrition coaching built by NASM certified trainer, Whitney Tomlin. We also understand that the greatest, successful, lifestyle changes and health outcomes, happen when intrinsic motivation is high. So, we approach the mind, we assess personal, unique values possessed by each client, and we make goals according to those assessed values.
Once goals are made, a plan can be structured, with simple steps to recognize triggers to habits that we would like to change, so that the person we are (monkey minded individual) becomes aligned with the authentic, rational individual that acts according to the values held rather than the emotions felt.
