Footage of 2021 Nova Bus LFS HEV 9718 operating on the M22 from an off-route, temporary terminal at Delancey & Columbia Streets in the Lower East Side, towards Battery Park City. Due to the July 4th fireworks celebration, there were multiple street closures leading to detours on most downtown Manhattan routes starting at around 5 PM. The westbound M22 was detoured on its eastern half, using Houston Street and Bowery into Chinatown. On its western half from Chinatown (Chatham Square), it made all regular stops.
