How to sew a shirt yoke neatly without visible topstitching? The answer is using the burrito method! In the burrito method, the yoke consists of two layers, the inner and the outer, and the front and back pieces are sandwiched between the yoke pieces. The funny name of this sewing technique comes from the method of rolling the bodice in between the pieces.
