HI guys todays recipe is very easy and delicious a good dessert to take for a get together,

For the ingredients :
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 egg
3/4 cup cocoa powder I used dutch process
1 cup hot water
3/4 cup buttermilk ( to make homemade buttermilk use 3/4 cup
fresh milk the add 3/4 tsp of vinegar or lemon juice)
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 can or 395 g dulche de letche

For the Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup dutch process cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla

Optional
chocolate syrup
crushed peanuts
chocolate chips
