✨This exercise is intended to locate and correct and blockages in your chakras.
Each primary chakra will have a 10-minute segment with the corresponding color and frequencies.
If you find a specific frequency causes discomfort, this may indicate a blockage with that chakra.
Stay with it for as long as you can but take as many breaks as you need.
It should eventually clear, and the frequency will then become pleasant sounding.
You may repeat this exercise as often as you'd like until you no longer detect discomfort.✨
