Brahma said to Shuka:-
I shall now describe the shield of the great goddess of fortune which fulfills all your desires It relieves all sins and destroys evil diseases.

It relieves the pain of the planets and destroys the evils of the planets.
It relieves evil death and destroys evil poverty

It gives birth to sons and grandsons and gives marriage and desires.
It is the enemy of thieves and gives all the desires of those who chant it.

O best of parrots listen with careful mind It is attainable in many births and bestows the fruits of liberation.

It is the source of wealth, grain, great kingdom and all good fortune. By merely remembering her once, the great goddess of fortune is pleased.

In the middle of the ocean of milk in a forest of lotuses in a jeweled pavilion
In the midst of that is the goddess who is well situated and is served by the sages.
