Never before has there been a more pressing need for SubSolutions - Solutions for managing our substitute teaching challenges in recruiting, training, and retaining.

This year, however, the questions are how many do we hire? How will we use them? How many certified teachers from the current pool will be needed for full-time positions in the schools?

There are more questions than answers, but at SubSolutions, 2020 we’ll be tackling these most difficult challenges and all right from your own desk.

The most forward-thinking presenters will be showing us what needs to be done from the most complex district to the most simple ones.

And, because it’s STEDI, we’ll be facilitating the most unique networking sessions anywhere online.

You will be grouped in like-sized districts where you’ll be able to share and glean information that is impossible anywhere else.
