Описание к видео EDOPro | Superheavy Samurai Deck Testing ft. Springans | Post Cyberstorm Access (CYAC) [TCG]

Say hello to the new generic engine that provides an Omni negate and any rank 4/Lv6 Synchro of your choice.

CYAC introduced good Superheavy Samurai cards that make it no longer a deck about punching hard in defense mode but a wombo combo deck that needs a single card in Wakaushi. In the OCG it allowed players to end on Borreload Savage as the 5th summon and access to Gallant Granite to search Block Dragon to start comboing off with Adamancipators.
In the TCG, blocky boi is banned so I had to scour for playable Rank 4s that allow me to continue comboing besides sitting on a single Savage Dragon negate and Abyss Dweller. That's where I landed on Springans. I always wanted to try out the new Sargas Xyz but found the overall deck kinda underwhelming but by jamming it with the new Superheavy Samurai support, oh boy do I think I found something spicy.

Superheavy Samurai engine gives an omni negate protecting us from Nibiru or any other hand trap on top of that making Springans Merrymaker (generic rank 4 btw) to then rank up into Gigantic "Champion" Sargas to search Tallyho Springans to summon 3 monsters, making another Rank 4 in Gear Gigant X for Cyberstein (Deck doesn't rely on its Normal summon as much) and then it + the Merrymaker to overlay for Utopic Draco Future. Stein can grab Exterio for infinite Spell/Trap negates and is a Lv2 for Spright Elf to give 2 of our boss monsters targeting protection.
Sargas can also search out Discolosseum for Regulus for an extra negate since the deck is mainly Machines.
You can also end on Dweller instead if you know your opponent is playing a GY centric deck.
Didn't open Wakaushi or the bike? no problem, A single Soulpiercer can still access your main play, just be wary of Nibiru. Even if you only opened the Springans half of the deck, you can still on a decent end board.

Since the deck can make Borreload Savage as the 5th summon, it puts your opponent into a lose-lose situation. Either drop Nib to remove a single negate and lose to the rest of the combo as we access the Springans portion of the deck or hold it, which is the worst decision ever since its a dead card now.
Like most wombo combo decks, you sometimes just have so much gas, you can power through most of your opponent's disruptions.

The deck has a few glaring flaws however:
1. You're basically stuck with using monsters until you finish the Superheavy Samurai combo since they require you to have 0 Spell/Traps in your GY, meaning cards that beat handtraps like Called By and Crossout will work against you, which is why I ran Gamma as a way to beat handtraps w/o killing off the main combo entirely. It also means its really hard to out backrow decks going 2nd unless you open the Springans part of the deck which means you could still OTK w/o the Superheavy Samurais.
2. Big Benkei is a hard garnet. Drawing him means Wakaushi is unable to resolve its Pendulum effect. Which means you have to eat up your Normal Summon which isn't really a big deal but you do lose out on Cyberstein and Exterio. Or you can run a 2nd copy but its not worth the risk to draw both and cry.
3. Dimension Shifter. That's all.

Since the deck does not rely on its Normal Summon, Lava Golem and Sphere Mode are great side deck options especially against Kashtira.
You could also run a heavier (heh, get it?) Superheavy Samurai engine alongside Ancient Gear Ballista and Gear Box and access stuff like Baronne and Accel Synchro Stardust.
Platinum Gadget can be ran to special Stein over Normal Summoning him. Platinum gadget also opens up a Spright engine with Gigantic Spright, meaning you can also end on Smashers and Toadally Awesome.

In short, expect this engine to be splashed in most decks for an extra omni negate and a Rank 4 of their choice. Is the Springans version going to be the best? I doubt so, I'm sure someone will find some other archetype to splash this in for something more degenerate. But, this version is super fun and people at your locals will call you based or something.
