In this video, I will tell you How to Create Google Forms, Links With Google Sheets and Embedded to Blogger in 2020.

To create contact us page on Blogger(blogspot.com) using Google forms need to follow below these easy steps:

1) Login to Google Forms and click on Start a new form.
2) Create input fields like Name, Email, Subject and Message according to your requirements.
3) Save this form and activate email notification for new responses
4) To link this form with Google Sheet click on Create a Spreadsheet with desired name.
5) To Embed this form with a blogger, click on send then Embed HTML.
6) Copy this Embed HTML code and paste it in Contact Page HTML View option in Blogger.
7) Publish this page.

Congratulations, You have successfully created Google form, Linked with Google Sheet and Embedded with blogger.
