The first page you see when you login to your CCM Online Portal is the Home Screen. The Home screen is where you will see the school or schools you have setup. At the top of the page is a group of CCM Online feature specific tabs. Inside of each of these tabs, is a group of sub-tabs that help you manage each CCM Online feature. To learn more about each of these tabs, please contact support or click the Training Videos link at the bottom of the page. This link will take you to the Childcare Manager Online playlist in our Youtube Channel. This video will focus on the My Settings tab and the My Account tab.

When you click the My Settings tab the first page you will see is the Owner Settings sub-tab. Here you can edit the name of your Organization, update or add Contact Information, as well as update or add a Contact Address.

The next sub-tab is Schools. Here you can Add a new school, edit the information of a school, and change the CCM Online Features of the highlighted school. You can also access the Schools sub-tab from the Home page by clicking the Edit Schools button.

The next two sub-tabs, verify address and SMTP, are designed to be used with the email system of CCM Online. I will go over these sub-tabs in a later video.

After that you have Users. Here you can add, edit or delete other users that have access to your CCM Online Portal. As the user that registered your CCM Online portal, you are an Admin by default. To Add a new user, click the Add button and fill out the necessary information. When you get to the Rights drop down box, choose a level of access. You have six levels to choose from: View, Add, Edit, Delete, Super, and Admin. More information about each level is available in the Notes section on the right hand side of the page. Also, you can assign a random password that will be emailed to the new user, or you can assign a password for them. After you select the school or schools the new user has access to, click Save.

The last My Settings sub-tab is Licenses & ESP, where you can view the license keys to all the schools connected to your CCM Online Portal. At the top of the Product Licenses box you will see series of icons. These icons appear on multiple pages. If you change the layout of the page and would like it to stay the same for future visits, click the Save Layout button. If you want to reset the layout to the default, click the Reset Layout button. If you want to export the list to another program, click the appropriate button.

At the top right hand corner of your CCM Online Portal is the My Account tab. When you click the My Account tab the first page you will see is the Summary page of your account.

The next sub-tab is Account Features. Here you can choose which features you want to enable for your CCM Online. At the bottom of the page, you can change your billing model from Owner Billing to School Billing if you have more than one school. You can also access the Account Features sub-tab from the Home page by clicking the Account Features button.

The next sub-tab is Bill History. Here you can view and download all of your CCM Online invoices. After that you have Payment History. Here you can view a list of your payments for CCM Online. Then you have the Payment Method sub-tab. Here you can edit your payment settings if they need to be updated.

Finally, you have the Billing Notification sub-tab. Here you can add and view the email addresses that receive your billing notifications.
Notification emails include monthly invoice, payment received and payment past due. Always make sure your Billing Notification email is up to date. Your default email address, here in bold, will be the email you used to sign up. You can add as many emails as you like, and each one will receive all billing notifications.
