Block 1: Ladder Ankle & Foot Prep
Complete 1 Set Per Ladder Drill! Rest 60 Seconds between
1.) 4 Square Box
2.) X Drill
3.) Medial-Lateral Long Jumps
4.) Zig Zag along Jumps

Block 2: Game Speed Multidirectional Curvilinear Sprints
Complete 1 Set Per Speed Skill Sprint going both directions! Rest 60 to 90 Seconds between sprints
1.) U Drill
⁃ Shuffle
⁃ Crossover
⁃ Backpedal

Block 3: Tight Swivel Linear Sprints
Complete 1 Set x 5 Sprints for 40 Yards
2.) Straight Line Tight Swivel Sprints
