Ingredients A:
250 gm Cream Cheese
110 ml Milk
100 gm Butter

Ingredients B:
1 pc Orange Zest and Juice
6 pcs Egg York
100 gm Plain Flour
20 gm Corn Flour
60 gm Castor Sugar

Ingredients C:
6 pcs Egg White
½ tsp Cream of Tartar
60 gm Castor Sugar

Methods:
1) Place ingredients A in a double boiler. Boil until cream cheese and butter are melted. Remove from heat and let it cool.
2) Add in ingredients B, stir until the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
3) Whisk ingredients C until soft peak forms. Fold into cream cheese mixture, mix well.
4) Use 9" baking tin, line the base with parchment paper and grease the side with butter.
5) Place baking tin into a large roasting pan half filled with hot water, steam bake at preheated oven 175°C for 45 minutes till golden brown.

1 颗 橙皮屑和橙汁
6 颗 蛋黄
100 克 面粉
20 克 玉米粉
60 克 细砂糖

材料 C:
6 颗 蛋白
½ 茶匙 塔塔粉
60 克 细砂糖

做法:
1)将材料A放入锅里,隔水煮至奶油芝士及牛油溶解。离火,待凉。
2)加入材料B,搅拌至滑,搁置待用。
3)搅打材料C至硬性打发。拌入奶油料,混合均匀。
4)用9寸烤盘,底部铺上油纸,烤盘旁抹上牛油。
5)放在盛了半盘热水的大烤盘上,以预热烤箱175摄氏度烤45分钟至金黄色。
