To make these you'll need:

500gr potatoes (I used white potatoes)
1tbsp olive oil
2tsp Italian seasoning
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1tsp paprika powder
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
1/2tsp cayenne pepper

Cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add them to a bowl and add the oil and the herbs. Stir until all the potatoes are evenly coated. Then add them to your air fryer in a single layer. Make sure the potatoes don't lay on top of each other or they won't get as crispy. If they don't fit all at once, make them in 2 batches. Put your air fryer on for 10 minutes on 190C (375F). Then take the basket out, shake the potatoes around and add them back in for another 10 minutes on 200C (400F). And that's it! Serve them with your meal or snack on them like this. Enjoy!
