That's when I came up with this Fish Steak Recipe, infusing it with the timeless flavors of Bistek sauce and pairing it flawlessly with Pompano.

Ingredients:

1 pc. Pampano
Season with salt

Oil, for frying

Fish Steak Sauce
4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Calamansi
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 cup Water

Saute
1 pc. White onion
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Add your fish
Add your Fish Steak sauce
Season with Black pepper

Garnish
Raw onion
Spring onion
