This is an animation I made in 2021 when I took a video editing class. There was an event where we participated in a stop motion animation contest. This video won me 3rd place out of 23(I think it was 23 anyway). Although this video doesn't have the editing from the class project, I hope you'll enjoy it all the same.



Also, Rockhopper penguins, both North and South, have to climb up to around 300 foot cliffs at the Falkland islands(hence the name "Rockhopper"). However, these cliffs are tricky to climb even for the penguins that have climbed there for centuries due to the steep pathways, weather, and giant waves beating on the cliffs. The penguins journeying up to the nesting grounds, climbing back down to go fishing, and the young baby penguins going out to sea for the first time all take huge risks under these conditions.

I have an idea where we could help these endangered North Rockhoppers and vulnerable South Rockhopper s by carving a staircase into the cliffs where they could still follow their instincts and yet climb up and down safer. What do you think?
