This past year brought some incredible wins—and real, raw challenges. In this update, I’m pulling back the curtain on Year 5.

From launching a licensed career school to building AI-powered projects that once felt out of reach, this year’s milestones have been huge. But it’s also been tough. Perfectionism, burnout, and pressure from my most ambitious project yet pushed me to reevaluate everything—including how I grow and what sustainability really means.

This video is more personal than usual. I’m sharing my honest reflections, the road ahead (including a new instructional design roadmap and skills assessment), and even a few peaceful moments from recent nature escapes.
