Admissions to professional colleges in Delhi for the academic year 2024-25.

This law applies to unaided professional colleges (except minority institutions) in Delhi.
Unaided colleges are those that don't get financial help from the government.

Minority institutions are colleges run by religious or cultural minorities.

The law says that 10% of the seats in these unaided colleges can be filled by the college management. These are called "Management Seats". The rest of the seats (90%) should be filled according to the Act's rules, which are meant to be fair and ensure everyone has a chance.
