Learn how to make easy and delicious egg cups for a high-protein, on-the-go breakfast. This was my first experience with a voiceover, so sorry that I sound about as enthusiastic as a coffee table. These are great to throw on top of an English muffin for an egg sandwich, and store well in the fridge or can be frozen. You can use whatever veggies you like, and if you’re not a fan of hot sauce, you can experiement with other sorts of sauces and seasonings too (taco seasoning, garlic, cheese, etc.) Also, I have changed all of my channels and social media accounts from "KayOhFitandStuff" to KayOhFitness.
