A sausage is a cylindrical meat product usually made from ground meat, along with salt, spices and other flavourings. Typically, a sausage is formed in a casing traditionally made from intestine, but sometimes from synthetic materials. Sausages that are sold uncooked are usually cooked in many ways, including pan-frying, broiling and barbecuing. Some sausages are cooked during processing and the casing may then be removed.

Sausage nowadays is very popular in Nepal and enjoyed by children as well as adults. We actually don’t know what exactly is inside sausage we eat in streets of Nepal. It might not be healthy in many ways. So, please try this sausage recipe to make it a healthy dish.

Ingredients for Perfect Sausage Recipe :

Ingredients

500 grams Chicken Meat.

1/2 cup of Green Onion.

3 tbsp Oil.

1/2 tbsp Garam Masala to give it a nepali taste.

1 tbsp chilli flakes.

1 tbsp fennel seeds (sounf)

1 tbsp Salt.

1 and 1/2 tbsp Garlic/Ginger finely chopped.
