Inspired by the 1775 table clock by Ferdinand Berthoud, the brand’s latest timepiece is equal parts
spectacular and technical. The Ferdinand Berthoud RB RES, as it’s officially called, is a true marvel
which offers over two hundred customisation options.

Showcasing ground-breaking engineering innovations and distinguished by exceptional designs,
Ferdinand Berthoud has set itself apart from today’s other ultra-complicated masterpieces. The new
Chronomètre FB RES marks a significant evolution from its predecessor from 2020, the Chronomètre
FB 2RE. Breaking ground as the brand’s first round-cased watch, it also premiered the first non-
tourbillon movement.

The Chronomètre FB RES, which stands for Remontoir d’Égalité Squelette takes the concept of a
fusée-and-chain transmission and a remontoire further, offering insight into its inner workings with
customizable finishing on the bridges and mainplate, allowing for a wide range of options.
