DIY Bevel Cutter Build

Описание к видео DIY Bevel Cutter Build

Making bevel / chamfer cutter tools for the milling machine.
These allow a 45 degree bevel on either the top or bottom of a cantilevered plate.
This was a fun build and a chance to experiment with fits, tapers and interesting geometry.

Note; plans are revised based on my prototypes, and are subject to change with improvements. Please feel free to provide feedback

The steels used (4140 and 1214) are from Tyne Valley Metals. Perfect for the hobbiest seeking short lengths!

I plan to do more videos soon where I show where certain steels provide benefit. Stay tuned.
