This is the basic skin care routine i followed that helped heal my hormonal acne. I still have a long way to go but my skin is looking so much better and there’s no painful cystic acne at all. The dark spots shall go away in a few months. I did use other skin care products on and off but the routine i showed has always been a part.
It is necessary to have enough water and follow healthy eating habits along with following a good skin care routine to help heal hormonal acne faster, it’s like you are treating it from the inside and outside at the same time giving better results.
I am pregnant and yes, these products are safe to be used as per my gynaecologist.
