Antlion larva digs a funnel shaped pit in the sand and waits the victims. This ferocious predator can attack a prey much larger then its size. The larva throws sand at the victim not letting it get out of the pit. After biting it injects very strong toxin that quickly kills such a big prey as this dock bug (Coreus marginatus, 13 mm long)
