Hi everyone! Welcome to week 49 of my Monjuro journey. 🎉

This week I’m starting a brand-new box of pens (still on 5mg), so I walk through the unboxing and taking my shot. Everything’s been going pretty smoothly—blood sugar is under control and my appetite is still way down. I’ve officially lost over 70 pounds since starting, which still blows my mind!
Like last week, I waited a couple of extra days before taking my shot so I could make sure I was eating enough meals. I’ve noticed some interesting changes too—foods I normally don’t crave, like pasta or even a little ice cream, have made their way back in on the days after I delay my shot.

Something unusual happened this time though—my injection took a lot longer than normal and even caused a tiny bit of bleeding, which is very rare for me. Normally it’s just a few seconds, but this one stretched closer to 8–10 seconds. Not painful, just different. I’ll be curious to see if the rest of the pens in this box do the same, so tune in next week to find out!
