This is an event on the private server Perfect World Classic 1.3.6+, where guilds compete to defeat Harpy Wraith. The boss only spawns once per week, but drops a massive amount of loot. The event is held in the open world, so guilds will attempt to take the loot for themselves and deny it from other guilds through PvP.
