Just £30 for the year – that’s all it costs for a Two Together Railcard which, split with someone else means just £15 each for the same 1/3 discount on your fares. And it gets better. Remember those paper Railcards? The ones you’d misplace, spill tea over or struggle to show the guard on a packed carriage? Yeah, well forget all of that. Accrington, Abergavenny, Aberdeen and beyond. The Two Together Railcard is valid pretty much entirely throughout the UK Rail network. It can even work on Transport for London networks on Anytime Day Travelcards when bought as part of a ticket to London from outside London Zones 1-9, with a minimum fare of £19.10.

When it comes to using your Two Together Railcard, you can buy discounted tickets for travel from 09:30 Mondays to Fridays, and at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The only time you can't use your Two Together Railcard is at morning Peak times, which is basically before half past nine between Monday to Friday.
 
Some people call it the ‘couples Railcard’, but there’s more to it than that. It’s also great for best friends, family members, flatmates or colleagues who regularly travel together. As long as one of you has your named Two Together Railcard, the two of you both named on that card will get 1/3 off your tickets, every time.

Tap ‘Buy 1-year for £30’. Now enter your details, upload a digital, passport-style photograph of each of you, sign in to your Trainline account on the app and boom! Welcome to the Railcard club. Remember, you can buy more than one Railcard, but you can only ever use one per transaction.
 
When planning your next trip, enter departure and arrival stations as usual, then select your new Railcard from the drop-down menu and the saving is applied automatically.
