Repair tools include solder paste, screwdriver, solder wire, tweezers, heat gun, and multimeter.

The first step of maintenance is testing the IC circuit.

The next step is removing the broken IC: first, melt the solder with a soldering iron, then use the tweezer to raise IC up a little bit, clean the extra solder and the IC can be easily removed.

After moving the IC ,we need to clean the PCB with solder wire. and get a new IC to put it at the right position.Then we add solder at one side and another side. After adding the solder, we need to get rid of the extra solder.

The last step is to test the module, if there are color squares or color strips, a re-solder will be needed. If red, blue, green, white, and oblique sweep are all good, this IC replacement has been completed successfully.
