To download & install Spotify on an iPhone or iPad:
1. Open the App Store.
2. Go to the Search tab, and search “Spotify” at the top.
3. Tap Spotify in the search results.
4. Tap Get to start downloading the app.
5. If prompted, use Touch ID, Face ID, or your password to confirm.
6. Wait for the download to finish, then tap Open to start using the Spotify App.

To download & install Spotify on an Android device:
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap the search bar at the top, and type in “Spotify.”
3. Tap Spotify in the search results.
4. Tap Install to start downloading the app.
5. If prompted, enter your password to confirm.
6. Wait for the download to finish, then tap Open to start using the Spotify App.
