A unique Korean Cold Noodle (mul naengmyeon), perfect to eat under hot summer weather.
It is time consuming to prepare this dish, but its definitely worth it.
Addition of the Bibim sauce, turns the cold noodle into another flavorful broth (bibim naengmyeon) Korean Spicy Cold Noodle which I personally prefer as it packs with the already flavorful broth and with the combination of the bibim sauce brings this dish to a whole new level~

You have to try this Korean Cold Noodle dish and you'll understand how addictive this dish could be :)

🍳 15g Dried Kelp
🍳 4500ml Water
🍳 700g Pork Muscle
🍳 2 Medium Leek
🍳 1 Onion
🍳 15g Ginger
🍳 3 bulbs Ginger
🍳 1 Tbsp Black Pepper Corn
🍳 3 Tbsp Sugar
🍳 2 Tbsp Coarse Salt
🍳 1 Cup Soju
🍳 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
🍳 2 Tbsp Dasida


🍳 2 Blocks of Naengmyeon Noodle


TOPPING
🍳 Cucumber
🍳 Pork slice
🍳 Hard Boil Egg
🍳 Sesame Seed
🍳 Korean Pickled Raddish
🍳 Korean Pear


BIBIM SAUCE
🍳 2 Tbsp Gochujang
🍳 1 Tsp Gochugaru
🍳 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Seed
🍳 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
🍳 1 Tbsp Garlic
🍳 1 Tbsp Spring Onion
🍳 1 Tbsp Mirin
🍳 1/2 Tbsp Honey
🍳 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
🍳 1/2 Tbsp lemon Juice
