Prep ahead for easy loading. Peaches were in season, so peak of sweetness. I can clean, slice or dice, freeze, and then pack away in deep freezer for loading another day! Super easy and delicious! I do this with lemons, cherries, bananas and so much more. My freezer is packed and ready even if I am too busy to cut and place. Since all these were pre-frozen they do not stick together. I place my freezer item in tray and place in my freeze drier.
