The tax deadline is right around the corner, and many Americans are stressing about their returns. According to the IRS, the average refund is down nearly 9 percent from last year. They also say that fewer Americans are getting refunds on their returns, causing stress and uncertainty for those who can’t afford to pay their taxes.
