Gsür 2708m / Adelboden / Alpine Hiking in the Bernese Alps

"Der Bergwächter hoch über Adelboden"
Start from Tschentenalp-Gsür (2,30min)
T5 hike classification, route is not marked, but very good visible sights.
Necessary is to wear a HELM !! primarily in the "Rinne" under the ridge, scrambling section, lose rocks, higher risk of falling rocks!
The ridge leading to Gsür is not long but very exposed, II. UIAA scale, the hardest section is secured with a fixed rope but at that time rope was DAMAGED, use it could be dangerous, it can be easily done it even without.
(August 2020).
Gsür is very beautiful hike for experienced hikers..if you got it it cab be nice alternative to a neighbour peak Albristhorn, which is the most visited tourist peak in Adelboden during summer months, technically much easier hike on Albristhorn but much longer !!
