My SecretLab Titan chair has failed miserably, in less that two years of occasional use the tilt mechanism just fell apart all of a sudden. Luckily I still had a bit of warranty left. SecretLab's customer service surprisingly did very well by swiftly getting a new tilt mechanism to me along with additional parts to get it fixed in no time. Definitely a 5-star experience on my end.
Upon closer inspection, I uncovered two potential failures you will get sooner or later with your chair's tilt mechanism. First - a broken bolt, this one can be dealt with on the spot by replacing the bolt. The second issue, however, is inevitable and will need the replacement of the tilt mechanism.
As mentioned in my earlier videos, all these chairs use generic parts, and it's no surprise that it will fail as it's made to do exactly that.
