MAX & MIN Stamina Regen Possible in Dark Souls 3!

Your gonna need some STAMINA for this extra long USELESS DATA! So what is the MAX and MIN stamina recovery possible?!

Also curse you wiki's! Nearly all of them are incomplete or just incorrect. Hence the delay on this... every time I thought I was finished, there was something else. Thanks Brownie for the whipping help ;) Read the end for some really cool data that I cut out from the vid, it was long enough already!

EDITS- Looks like blossoms and the chloranthy ring do not stack. I thought that initially but the wiki said otherwise.

-TLDR GUIDE 4 MAX STAMINA!-
~45 BASE REGEN
+ 4 GRASS SHIELD
+ 9 BUDDING BLOSSOM (Ignore this one, doesn't stack!)
+ 9 CHLORANTHY RING +2
+10 GALVANISE
+ 30 POWER WITHIN
= 107 STAMINA REGEN PER SECOND!*
*including the incorrect Blossom bonus.

- 20 GREATSHIELD OF GLORY
- 15 TOXIC
- 15 FROSTBITE
- 10 IMPACT
= -15 STAMINA DEGEN PER SECOND!

- Negative stamina has a cap of -60. So negative regen will cap at that point!
- Negative stamina recovers at the same rate as positive stamina, there are no secret modifiers.
- Blocking/WepArtStances/Ladders all seem to use the same modifiers.
- So why don't I block when I have NEGATIVE stamina regen? Simple, it will reduce my negative regen! Blocking just reduces stamina regen by a fixed %, so I will get less negative regen!
- You can actually achieve ZERO regen, just have the 45 base. Equip a great shield of glory for a -20, Toxic OR Frostbite for -15 and IMPACT for the last -10! Your stamina will remain at it's current value!
- Using heavy armor actually doesn't help at all oddly, since we can reach negative values it just hampers our progress. But if you want the LOWEST POSITIVE VALUE do this;
45 BASE REGEN - 15 FROSTBITE - 15 TOXIC - 20 GREATSHIELD + 6 CHLORANTHY RING = 1 REGEN PER SECOND!
Now wear heavy armor to reduce by 30% and block ontop of that! Should be approx 0.14 STAMINA REGEN PER SECOND! But maybe not, I don't know how and where they are rounding up ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
