Possibly over 2300 years old, these gold earrings are attributed to the Hellenistic period of ancient eastern Greece. They are made of gold and feature a disk and boat-shaped pendant with what has been interpreted by scholars as a tiny figure of Nike driving two horses amid a floral design. The overall height is 6.6 cm (2 5/8 in), with the disc measuring 2.2 cm (7/8 in) in diameter and another diameter measurement of 1.9 cm (3/4 in).

This artifact is now housed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, New York, United States. It was acquired via the Rogers Fund in 1948.
