After the traveler has left the nation of hydro, Fontaine and was heading for Natlan, Venti was going back into his deep slumber after realizing that Monstadt, the nation of freedom did indeed not need him anymore, feeling happy for them, he finally could rest for a while. But after thousands of years passed, archon after archon falling, every gnosis being taken, for some reason, no new archons rising and Visions slowly starting to become less and rather being 'myths' . Celestia not making a single comeback…The world of 'Teyvat' changed. After thousands of years The continents being now instead of the nations, visions only being seen as myths, Venti finally awakened. Confused as why Monstadt, Liyue or Inazuma did not exist and rather Germany, China or Japan existing…He made his way into Japan and realized how no single person had a vision, nor a extraordinary look like his, no yokais, magic or even hillichurls.…so he decided to copy one of the looks of a passerby but not completely..no, he could never do that. He now looked like a 13 year old boy. He didn’t know what about his name, he just wandered and wandered, with no friends nor his lyre. He couldn‘t use his powers since they were only 'myths'. He wandered till he found a library, which he thought looked like Lisa‘s old library…He read some books or rather poetry and made his new name 'Osamu Dazai' , names mixed from different books…He wandered off yet again for days, realizing just how much humans changed in these years. He found out about abilities, which he found silly…Yet it felt strange to be like this. He couldn’t live like this..he just wanted to end this …maybe it was a all a bad dream. So he wandered off to the nearest bridge, and jumped off.

Venti fell into deep slumber and slept for more than thousand years, Teyvat changing into the world and Venti changing into Dazai and trying to off himself bec he couldn’t live like that andd then rest is the canon story. But !! Ranpo knows almost everything, you might ask why . Well he found out small parts himself yet he didn’t find out all by himself, you see, what if I say Ranpo is the reincarnation of the nameless bard, reminding Dazai so much of him, Dazai trusts him and told him mostly everything. No one knows this. Not even Ranpo knows that he‘s the reincarnation, he thinks that Dazai just trusts him more than others. :3
