The day after the province’s anticorruption unit confirmed it was meeting witnesses in connection with allegations against the Quebec Liberal Party, Parti Québécois Leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon accused the Liberal party of a “culture of corruption,” which he said stemmed from a loyalty to the “Canadian regime.”
