The #1 Transfer Class in the Country! Does Arkansas Have What They Need?

The Portal was the most important part of Arkansas’s offseason this season. But no longer because of Eric Musselman’s style of building rosters, but because the Hogs have a new coach in John Calipari.

The Razorbacks this offseason lost 91.3% of their scoring production and the only familiar faces from Eric Musselman’s 2023-24 team are walk-on Lawson Blake and the return from the NBA Draft, Trevon Brazile. So with a ton a slots to fill, John Calipari this offseason had to something he hadn’t been great at, at Kentucky… hit the portal.

The good news is, he did a fairly good job and put a talented and threatening team together in the portal. The Hogs have the #1 transfer class in the SEC and nationally according to 247sports. The Razorbacks didn’t take in a single player outside the top 125 players in Evan Miya.
