Intellectual property rights in cultural heritage preservation and cultural tourism are still hardly used as a strategic tool for development by the actors involved. Therefore, a training programme was developed in the European project LEARN-IP to help cultural heritage managers and cultural tourism stakeholders identify property rights and use them culturally and economically. This video presents the seven training modules:

Module 1: Introduction to the learning curve of IPR in Cultural Heritage and Tourism
Module 2: How to identify assets in cultural heritage and tourism sector
Module 3: Transformation of cultural heritage and tourism assets into Intellectual Property
Module 4: How to identify opportunities and overcome barriers for utilizing assets
Module 5: IPR strategy and business development
Module 6: How to build value-chains to valorize cultural heritage and cultural tourism intellectual property
Module 7: How to finance the creation of cultural heritage and cultural tourism assets
