中國第一批青年養老院：月租1500，超45歲不能住 China's first batch of youth retirement homesPeople

一條實地探訪雲南曼丟古村的「青年養老院」。我們發現，它並非傳統意義上為人提供長期居住或看護的機構，也不同於「青年旅舍」。創立人盧柏克說，在這居住的群體主要有兩大類：「一是自由工作者，來這增加社交機會；二是在工作或生活上遇到瓶頸的年輕人，需要調整，休息好後再重新出發。

Yitiao had a firsthand exploration of the "youth retirement home" in Mandiu Ancient Village, Yunnan, China. We found that it is not a traditional institution for long-term residence or care, nor is it similar to "youth hostels." Founder Lu Baike mentioned that the residents primarily fall into two categories: "firstly, freelancers who come here to increase social opportunities; secondly, young people facing bottlenecks in work or life, needing adjustment and rest before restarting."
