In this video, we present an AI-Powered Citizen Services Portal designed to simplify how citizens interact with government services. The platform uses conversational AI to help users ask questions in simple language, understand government forms, explore relevant schemes, and receive clear, step-by-step guidance — all from a single, secure portal.

The solution is built using Google AI and cloud technologies, focusing on usability, accessibility, and real-world impact. It also includes an admin interface where AI helps classify and prioritize requests, improving efficiency on the backend.

This project was developed as part of an Open Innovation / GDG TechSprint initiative, with the goal of addressing meaningful local and community-level challenges through practical and scalable technology.
