Special Investigation: EX Shagaru Magala Vs. Courage Hammer - 特別討究 クエス傀異克服 シャガルマガラ ハンマー ソロ【サンブレイク】

While completing this quest without carting and with a decent time made me erupt in bliss, it doesn't mean I enjoy this fight.

Special Ex Risen Shagaru Magala is probably impossible to solo for 99% of the playerbase, and even if only a select few players will be able to complete it, it will stay in Monster Hunter history as one of the single hardest monsters ever created.

I think this quest, with the 25 minutes limit and 2 carts conditions is harder than MHFU Crimson Fatalis, MH3U Super Ivory-Stygian-Brachydios, MHXX EX Deviants, Iceborne Fatalis, Demo Magnamalo and Demo Malzeno.

I think only a few nightmarish level 140 Apex monsters from MH4U can somewhat rivalise with it, Apex Diablos and Apex Zinogre most notably, but this is also because of their hitzones and the wystone mechanic.

I'm not gonna comment more on this fight than I already did in my community post, watch this run and judge for yourself.

I think this quest is the ONLY overtuned content in the game and I'm curious to see how other weapons can complete it.

Of course I put restraints on myself here by not bringing followers, but since this was the hardest quest anyways I just wanted to make it even harder so I can at least have bragging rights.

I expect some people to come up with sub 7 runs with the best weapons in the game but, I'm not sure even the counter heavy weapons like Longsword can do much against this devil considering the amount of lingering hitboxes it leaves after its moves.

The set I used is about the same as the one I presented for Dark Morte in my TU5 video except I replace Handicraft 2 with Evade Extender 2.
