Kate attends Wimbledon in first solo engagement since cancer treatment

The Princess of Wales was joined by her daughter and sister at Wimbledon as she made her first official solo engagement since beginning treatment for cancer.

Kate, who wore a purple Safiyaa dress, arrived shortly after 1.30pm at the All England Club and was greeted by five players, including the former US Open champion Emma Raducanu.

Her attendance at the men’s final on Sunday is her first public appearance since she joined the rest of the royal family at the King’s birthday parade four weeks ago.
