This video teaches subtraction with the help of 2's complement addition from Chapter III Number System of ICT book. We know that addition by 2's complement results in subtraction. In this case only the binary value of the large number and the 2's complement of the small number have to be added, then adding the binary value of the large number to the 2's complement of the small number will result in subtraction.
