Gopalkrishna Deshpande interview: On making a mark in the Kannada film industry

Gopalkrishna Deshpande has essayed prominent roles in notable Kannada films this year such as 'Blink', 'Shakhahaari' and 'Kenda'.

In recent times, he has played crucial characters in hit Kannada movies such as the 'The Sapta Sagaradaache Ello' films, 'Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana', 'Avane Srimannarayana' and more.

He talks to The Hindu about his transition from theatre to television to cinema. He also opens up on working with Rakshit Shetty and Raj B Shetty and expresses his admiration for Anurag Kashyap.
