Where is Lido Key located? You will find Lido Key between the two of barrier islands of Longboat Key (to the North) and Siesta Key (to the South). Lido is directly West of Downtown Sarasota by about 15 minutes

Living on Lido Key can be rather busy when you are in the middle of the major attractions, which makes Lido Shores a perfect place as it is just North of St. Armands Circle and there isn't any thru traffic. So you escape all the cars driving by while still being able to take a walk outside of this Lido Key neighborhood and go grab a bite to eat at one of many amazing restaurants St. Armands Circle provides.

As we drive through Lido Shores you will notice this is a rather unique area as some of the houses were built in the 1960s with more modern style at the time. However, you will also see lots of new construction happening where buyers are tearing down these once smaller 1 story houses and turning them into 2 story luxury houses. But don't be mistaken that the houses not on the water are not as desirable because when you apart of Lido Shores you will have your own private beach access where it is restricted to the public.
