1️⃣ Capsicum (Chopped) – ½ (adds crunch & sweetness)
2️⃣ Onion (Chopped) – ½ (for that savory base)
3️⃣ Garlic (Chopped) – 2-3 spoons (fragrant and bold!)
4️⃣ Spring Onions (Chopped) – 3 nos (for garnish and flavor)
5️⃣ Green Chilli Sauce – 1½ spoons (spicy kick!)
6️⃣ Red Chilli Sauce – 1½ spoons (adds tang & heat)
7️⃣ Tomato Sauce – 1 spoon (a touch of sweetness)
8️⃣ Sugar – ½ spoon (balances all flavors)
9️⃣ Corn Starch Slurry – to thicken the gravy perfectly

👨‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Prep the Gobhi:

Wash cauliflower thoroughly in salted water to clean and soften. Let it dry completely.
2️⃣ Create the Crispy Batter:

Mix maida, corn flour, chilli powder, salt, pepper, and water into a smooth batter.
Coat the cauliflower florets evenly for that crispy, crunchy coating.
