Guided meditation and sound journey, involving establishing an energetic connection with the womb (note that even if you weren't born with a physical womb/uterus in this particular life, you can still connect with your esoteric womb existent across all lifetimes), healing and releasing of traumas that you may be holding, or energies that may no longer be aligned with your current state of being, realigning your womb with Mother Earth's, and visualising your womb at its full potential of health and greatness.

The womb has been considered by many spiritual traditions a sacred spiritual centre, as it holds the power of Creation itself, allowing for the conception, growth and birthing of life. Symbolically it represents the great Mother, Divine Feminine principle, fertility, creativity, radiance, abundance, and home to all possibilities and potentials. So in this meditation we aim to strengthen a connection with the womb, and activate its healing capacities.
