Protein keeps them full. (eggs and greek yogurt)
Spinach Leaves give good fiber to help with regular bowel movements
Turmeric helps with boosting immune system for less sickness

Super Smoothie Recipe - Full Meal Replacement:

1 banana
3 strawberries
10 spinach leaves
1 5.3 oz Chobani Vanilla Yogurt
1 scrambled egg
1-2 tbsp honey
1 tsp Turmeric (use less if too potent)
1/4 cup water (spinach also has water)

Blend everything in Nutri-Bullet Blender

Super Smoothie Recipe - Supplemental :

5 slices banana
5 pieces mango chunk or 2 strawberry
10 spinach leaves (optional)
1/2 cup Chobani Vanilla Yogurt
1 scrambled egg
1-2 tbsp honey
Dash of Turmeric (optional)
(add 1/4 cup water)

Blend everything in Nutri-Bullet Blender

Spinach and Turmeric are optional
You can substitute strawberry for another fruit like mango

At Age 9, I did not use spinach anymore because my son was eating a variety of food and
the spinach became too much fiber for him.

I did supplemental smoothie recipe Age 9-12
